Creating Windows 11 installation media

A simple tutorial on how to create a Windows 11 installation ISO file using MediaCreationTool.exe, ready to use in Hyper-V.

To create a Windows 11 installation media in ISO format using Media Creation Tool, follow these steps:
1. Go to the official Windows 11 download website.
2. In the "Create Windows 11 Installation Media" section, click "Download Now".
3. Once downloaded, run the MediaCreationTool.exe file.
4. Accept the license terms.
5. Choose the language and Windows 11 edition (by default, the tool selects recommended settings, but you can change them).
6. On the media selection screen, select "ISO file" and click Next.
7. Choose a location to save the ISO file and provide a filename.
8. The tool will start downloading Windows 11 installation files (this may take some time depending on your internet speed).
9. Once the download is complete, the ISO file will be saved in the selected location.
